Popular summer programs include the weekly boat in breakfast, triathlon, water carnival, opening and closing ceremonies, and tie dye. Fall, winter, and spring emerging programs include the home school week, womens retreat, fall harvest weekend, and winter family camps. Nawakwa also hosts an annual free Family Fun day for the Lac du Flambeau community. Over two million dollars in new construction and renovations have occurred over the past 15 years.
