DISHWASHER Camp Name: Camp Pinewood Camp Location: Twin Lake, MI Camp Description: Traditional but up-to-date, Camp Pinewood features 16 cabins on a private, spring-fed lake, with every activity from sailing to horseback riding. The camp is nestled in the heart of the Manistee National Forest near Muskegon, Michigan. Its convenient but remote enough to ensure that everyone enjoys the natural beauty of the camps 200-acre facility. Sponsoring YMCA: Camp Pinewood YMCA YMCA Location: Twin Lake, MI Job Description and Required Certifications: Scope of Responsibilities: Rinse dishes before loading the dishwasher. Allow dishes to air dry according to health department regulations prior to putting them away. Wash all pots and pans according to health department standards. Responsible to maintain health department cleanliness standards, assist with food deliveries, putting deliveries away, maintaining inventories, maintaining temperature logs, and other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager and/ or Executive Director. At the conclusion of each meal, receive all dirty dishes and stack them to prepare for washing. Soak all silverware in bleach water according to health department standards.
