Out of School Time Director

Are you seeking an opportunity to change lives and impact communities?
Job Description

The Newberry County Family YMCA is seeking a mission-driven leader to join our team. This position will primarily be responsible for managing our out-of-school time programs, which currently include two after-school sites and a summer day camp. As we strive to offer more programs, this position will grow with those additions. The two current sites consist of an onsite program in which we provide transportation from local elementary schools to the YMCA and a local elementary school with roughly 60 students in the program. Our summer day camp averages a weekly enrollment of 80-90 participants; however, we expect the enrollment to grow as we add more after-school sites.
