Job Description and Required Certifications: Work on beautiful Lake Jordan in Alabama’s stunning countryside with endless wilderness recreation opportunities right outside your door, yet located only 30 miles from a major metropolitan city! YMCA Camp Chandler is seeking a motivated and professional leader to direct all aspects of camp including a thriving summer camp program, group camping, adventure guides and princesses, outdoor education, and special events. Under the guidance of the Exec. Director, the Camp Director is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of camp; the recruitment, hiring, supervision, and training of all camp staff, both full and part-time. Camp Chandler is owned and operated by YMCA of Greater Montgomery and is offering an amazing benefit package worth well over $70,000 per year, including a year-round home; health and dental insurance; paid vacation time; 10% company-paid retirement; life and disability insurance; meals for you and your family when customers are at camp; and a supportive community in an inspirational natural setting.

Salary Information: $42000 - $47000
