SUMMER RESIDENT CAMP RANCH DIRECTOR Camp Name: YMCA Camp Potawotami Camp Location: South Milford, IN Camp Description: At YMCA Camp Potawotami, we focus on the ABCs of Camping - working to increase camper's sense of accomplishment and belonging while they learn about positive character traits and values. Sponsoring YMCA: Camp Potawotami Branch YMCA YMCA Location: South Milford, IN Job Description and Required Certifications: YMCA Camp Potawotami is looking for an individual interested in becoming the Ranch Director between June 2 August 2, 2013. The Ranch Director works with the Ranch Camp Cabin Counselors to manage the 12 horses, teach horse lessons, run the Ranch Camp, and lead various camp activities. The Ranch Director is expected to assist with general camp programming when not busy at the ranch and is a member of the summer leadership team. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, have or be able to get CHA certification (Camp will provide) prior to summer, and have a solid knowledge of how to work with horses. Salary Information: $265 per week plus room and board.
